A national view of brand and service experience
Econet Telecom Lesotho commissioned a nationwide tracker to understand brand health within the telecommunications market. The study examined awareness and usage, brand positioning and brand delivery, connecting customer experience with the questions decision-makers needed to review.
National coverage mattered because customer experience and service conditions vary by place and market context. The research was therefore designed across all ten districts rather than around a single urban sample.
Survey design, field delivery and analysis
Analytica's contribution included research and sample design, training and management of field teams, digital data collection, quality controls and analysis. The assignment also used dashboarding to organise results for continuing review.
The field operation included 7,000 respondents, 100 enumerators and all ten districts. These figures describe the scale of the research process. They are not statements about brand performance or customer outcomes.
Evidence for recurring market decisions
A tracker creates value through consistency: measures and field procedures need to support comparison and interpretation over time. The work therefore connected the questionnaire, sample, field quality and analytical outputs as one research system.
The supplied portfolio sources support publication of the assignment scope, method and scale. Client-specific findings remain outside the public page, while the case shows the capability required to conduct and manage nationally distributed market research.
