Terms of Use

These terms set out the basis on which you may use the Analytica website and its research, editorial and visual materials.

Last updated24 August 2026

01

About these terms

These terms apply when you access or use the public Analytica Research Hub website. By using the website, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use the website.

02

Using the website

You may browse the public pages, follow available links, access available resources and contact Analytica about its work. Public access does not create a client, adviser, partnership, employment or other professional relationship.

The website does not provide public user accounts, visitor media uploads, payment processing or a public commenting service.

03

Research and informational content

Website content presents general information about Analytica, its capabilities, selected work, methods and published resources. It is provided for research and institutional communication purposes and may not address your particular circumstances.

Content on this website should not automatically be treated as personalised legal, financial, investment, medical, engineering or other professional advice. Decisions that require specialist advice should be considered with an appropriately qualified professional and the complete, current source material.

04

Intellectual property

Unless a page or resource states otherwise, the website's original copy, research presentation, graphics, layout, photographs, branding and downloadable materials are protected by intellectual-property rights held by Analytica or used with permission.

Client and partner names and marks, third-party publications, externally owned photographs and other identified third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance on this website does not transfer ownership to Analytica or to a visitor.

05

Permitted use

You may use public website content for ordinary browsing, internal reference and legitimate research or professional evaluation. Keep any copyright, credit, source and attribution notices with the material.

Obtain permission before republishing substantial website content, using Analytica branding, distributing photographs or reports beyond an expressly provided licence, or using material commercially. Rights and permissions attached to an individual resource take precedence over this general statement.

06

Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • break the law or infringe another person's rights;
  • misrepresent Analytica's work, relationships, endorsements or publications;
  • interfere with the website, evade access controls or test security without approval;
  • submit harmful code, abusive material, spam or misleading information;
  • collect information through disproportionate automated requests; or
  • remove or obscure ownership, source, credit or rights notices.

07

Gallery and media

The Gallery presents authorised photographs connected with Analytica's work. Captions and context should not be used to infer the identity of a person, a location, a date or an activity beyond what the page expressly states.

Love and save controls are private browser preferences, not public endorsements or platform-wide counts. Gallery comments are private messages to the Analytica team and are not public comments. Visitors cannot upload media through the Gallery.

08

Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party publications, institutions, social networks or other services. A link provides a route to that resource; it does not make Analytica responsible for the third party's content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

Administrative integrations, including a supported social publishing service, operate under the relevant provider's terms when an authorised Analytica administrator chooses to connect and use them.

09

Availability and changes to the website

Analytica may correct, update, withdraw or reorganise website content and may suspend a feature for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Although the website is designed for reliable access, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

10

Accuracy and disclaimer

Analytica takes reasonable care in preparing and governing public content. Research, policy, market and institutional conditions can change, and a summary page may not contain every qualification found in the complete source. Check publication dates, source notes and current authoritative material before relying on information for a consequential decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided without a promise that every page will always be complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

11

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Analytica is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, use of an external service, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how this website handles information, including enquiries, Gallery choices, administrative cookies and connected social publishing services.

13

Changes to these terms

Analytica may update these terms when the website or its services change. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to that use.

14
